Warranty Policy

Warranty Period:
Please note that each products carry different warranty periods. Kindly refer to the original copy of warranty card for more details. 

What is covered in the warranty:
Kindly refer to the original copy of warranty card for warranty details. Warranty is not transferable and is valid for purchaser only. To make warranty claim you must present your warranty card and payment receipt, failing which the company reserve the right to decline your warranty claim.

How to make a warranty claim:
You must present the product to Eco Breeze’s office or any of its authorised service agents locate nationwide, together with the warranty card and your purchase receipt. You will be responsible for the cost of dismantling, transportation charges, insurance, handling, etc. The product should be properly packed to avoid damages during transportation, which Eco Breeze assumes NO responsibility.

What will ECO BREEZE do in the event that you make warranty claim:
Eco Breeze will repair or replace the defective product part or parts deem fit at the company discretion at no charge to you.
The company reserve the right to replace the product with the NEW unit at its own discretion. You will be responsible for your own
re-installation cost. All part or parts replaced shall be the property of Eco Breeze and it is not returnable in any event.

What is NOT covered in this warranty and under what circumstances your warranty will be VOID:
1) The warranty exclude any products whose exterior has been damaged or defaced, subjected to misused and unreasonable usage,
improper installation or installation carried out by unlicensed or uncertified electricians, alteration of serial number, damaged
or unreadable bar code on the warranty card, abnormal handling, any act of God or service carried out by unauthorized agent.
In addition, this warranty does not cover any modification to design, construction, non compliance installation method as stated in
this owner’s manual.
2) Product damage caused by improper usage.: testing, demonstration, maintenance, installation, adjustment or alteration of any kind,
including usage of non-genuine spare parts or accessories.
3) The original purchasers cease to own the product.
4) The product is transfered to any third party.
5) The Warranty Card and payment receipt is NOT presented during the warranty claim.
